The structural system is designed and calculated by a qualified engineer, with stamped engineering drawings available for the pool structure.
Over the primary carbon steel frame, we install a 2-inch secondary structural system manufactured from advanced lightweight composite materials inspired by materials and construction methods used in the aerospace industry.
The structure is then encapsulated with multiple layers of resin and reinforcing fiber mesh, creating a strong, rigid, water-resistant shell ready to receive the pool's premium interior finish.
